Interesanta grāmata

Master your Fly Casting! ...and have fun doing it
Tā saucas grāmata, kuru uzrakstījusi viena no amerikāņu kastinga slavenībām Jim C. Chapralis.

Divi citāti no autora interneta lapas, tai skaitā par viņu.
JIM C. CHAPRALIS was the pioneer in the international fishing travel business.
In 1961/62 he established the Fishing Division for Safari Outfitters, Inc. In 1975, he founded PanAngling Travel Service, which he sold in 1998.
Jim and his staff booked more than 40,000 international fishing trips for anglers and explored, developed and marketed numerous fishing areas around the globe.
He has fished in about 40 countries.

Citāts no grāmatas.
"Some of the world’s best casters started out casting poorly. But they stayed with it. Today they are world champs. Steve Rajeff is a good example. He started fly casting as a youngster and was having a terrible time with it.
But he practiced and practiced and very shortly became a champion caster. He won the National all-round title 31 times and the bi-annual World Casting Championship 13 times in 17 tournaments.
Besides being possibly the best caster of all time, he is among the very best all-round light tackle anglers today. Keep practicing. And remember Rajeff!"

Kādreiz jau redzēts, ne sevišķi jauns, bet labs Martin Joergensen raksts, kurā var atrast atbildi uz populāru jautājumu, cik tālu jāmet muša. The measure tape doesn't lie
10-20-30-40 meters? 30-60-90-120 feet? How long can you cast with a one hand rod? And how long does and average fly-angler actually cast?

Uz copi kaut kā neiznāk laika, atliek vien mēģināt atrast kaut ko fotografējamu tepat dārzā. Sanāca neliels slideshow Dārzs novembrī.
